When Pattaya Media design websites for our customers, we make sure that each site is built with easy navigation from the first page to the last. This is a vital part of good SEO and web design.
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
How often have you visited a website to find out about products or services yet can’t find the links to visit the page or even worse, broken links are present.
There are lots of fancy menus and scripts that can display the links to your site pages with nice effects such as drop down menus, changing background colours on mouse over, fading in and out plus more. While these effects can make your site appear more attractive, more often than not the code used to build these fancy menus is not search engine friendly.
Design your site with the search engines in mind
When you submit your website to the search engines, what happens is their robots at some point in time will visit your home page, scan the web code for that page and follow all the other links within that code to the other pages within your website. So if the robots can’t read those links, they simply will not crawl the other pages within your site which will result in those pages not displaying in their search engine and you losing valuable hits which turn into sales.
So to be on the safe side include the same links to the same pages more than once on the pages to really make sure the search engine robots will easily find them and be able to crawl and add all the other pages within your site to their database.
